Intro: my approach and who am I
I know how overwhelming life can feel at times: stress builds up, balance feels out of reach, and old beliefs can quietly hold us back. That’s why I bring together coaching, mindful movement, and breathwork to gently support both your body and mind. In our work together, my intention is to help you find out what really moves you. Additionally, you’ll find tools to calm stress, reconnect with your inner balance, and release what no longer serves you, so you can step into life with more ease, confidence, and joy.
I’m Ella. My journey into holistic wellness began with my own search for what moves me, what makes me excited to wake up and feel accomplished when I go to bed - and let’s be honest, that doesn’t happen every day, it’s work in progress. Coaching, movement, and breath have shown me the power of being supported & guided by someone. I turned this passion into my career to guide others on their journey of growth and transformation, while continuing my own.
