We explore how stress, habits, movement, mindset, and daily choices connect. My role is to help you create sustainable shifts so you feel more balanced, energized, and aligned.
How is it different from therapy or counseling?
Therapy often focuses on healing past experiences, while coaching is more forward-focused. In our work, we’ll explore where you are now, clarify your goals, and build practical strategies to help you move toward the future you want. Coaching is not a substitute for mental health or medical treatment, but it beautifully complements those forms of support.

What does a typical coaching session look like?
Each session is a safe, judgment-free space. We’ll begin with a check-in, explore what’s most important to you that day, and work through practices you can use right away. Sessions often include guided breathwork or gentle movement to help you ground, release stress, and reconnect with your body.
How long will it take to see results?
Everyone’s journey is different. Some people feel a shift after the very first session, while others notice bigger changes over time. What’s most important is that you’ll always leave with tools you can apply immediately.
How are sessions conducted?
Sessions are held virtually via Google Meet, so you can connect from the comfort of your own home. If you’re local, in-person options may also be available.
How long is each session?
Standard sessions are 60 minutes, with shorter check-in sessions available for ongoing clients.
