Who am I
Hi, I’m Ella Potalivo Meyer - a wife, a mum, a dog mum, and above all, someone passionate about wellbeing.
Growing up with neurodivergence wasn’t easy. It challenged my confidence and left me wrestling with imposter syndrome for many years (and still does). However, in 2015, I discovered yoga, along with meditation and pranayama, and it opened the door to a whole new way of caring for my body and mind. Since then, these practices have become an essential part of my life.
Alongside this personal journey, I built a career in the corporate world, spending over a decade in HR/recruitment, where I often trained and supported people. I also co-founded a gourmet popcorn company. After experiencing burnout and, later, the beautiful yet challenging transition into motherhood, I found myself feeling lost, struggling with my identity, and frustrated at not having the time to care for myself.
During that period, working with a coach was life-changing. It helped me reconnect with myself, showed me just how powerful support and guidance can be, and that there’s no reason to be alone in this journey. That’s when I realized I wanted to do the same for others. I decided to study holistic wellness coaching, and it’s been two years since I’ve been coaching alongside my corporate work. I offer my services in English and French.

Philosophy & approach
inner.move was born out of inspiration one day while I was swimming, watching the reflections of light moving on the water. It was a moment of calm and joy in the middle of a stressful day. That experience made me pause and ask myself: what truly moves me in my day and in my life?
This question is ongoing. Sometimes the answer is clear, other times it shifts and evolves. To me, “what moves you” means: what excites you about your day? What brings you joy, energy, and inspiration? Through my coaching, I’m here to help you discover those answers for yourself, and to support you in moving towards them.
I bring together coaching, movement, and breathwork, as I believe they work best when combined to support both body and mind. Coaching gives you the space to explore your vision of wellbeing, clarify your intentions, and create realistic steps to move toward them. Movement and breath add another layer of support, helping you release stress and reconnect with your energy in a powerful, embodied way.
Every person is unique, which is why each session or program is tailored to your individual needs. My role is to meet you where you are and guide you toward where you want to be.

What is holistic wellness coaching ?
Holistic wellness coaching is about looking at the whole picture of your life - which includes body, mind, emotions, and lifestyle - and finding ways to bring them into harmony. Instead of focusing only on one area, we explore how everything is connected: your stress levels, daily habits, energy, relationships, and the beliefs you carry about yourself.
As your coach, I don’t tell you what to do - I walk alongside you, helping you uncover what truly supports your wellbeing. Together, we set intentions, explore practices like mindful movement and breathwork, and create small, realistic steps that bring lasting change. Holistic wellness coaching isn’t about quick fixes, but about building a deeper connection with yourself so you can feel more balanced, confident, and alive in your everyday life.
