Hi, I’m Ella

I’m your wellness confidant, proudly neurodivergent, imperfect human, endlessly curious about wellbeing, and a proud mama to a little human and a dog. With over a decade of personal practice in yoga, meditation, and breathwork, I’m passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies, minds, and everyday lives.

After years of living with chronic stress, disconnection, and imposter syndrome, burnout came knocking, followed by the beautiful yet challenging transition into motherhood. Feeling lost and disconnected from myself showed me just how powerful support can be, and that we’re not meant to navigate life’s harder seasons alone.

That experience inspired me to train as a health & wellness coach. Today, I support people in reconnecting with themselves through holistic coaching, movement, and breathwork. And, always with a feel-good, human, and playful approach.

Philosophy & approach

inner.move was born in the water. Swimming, watching sunlight ripple across the surface. In that quiet, joyful moment, a guiding question emerged: what truly moves me, in my days, and in my life?

That question sits at the heart of my coaching philosophy. It invites reflection, curiosity, and choice:
What lights you up? What gives you energy and sparks your joy? How can you move away from stress or anxiety, and toward a more balanced, grounded life? How can you meet self-doubt with greater ease?

I believe meaningful change begins when you make a move in your mind, body, and spirit. These three elements are deeply connected, and when one is supported, the others begin to shift as well. My role is to help you explore those connections and move forward in a way that feels aligned, sustainable, and true to you.

This is why my approach blends coaching, movement, and breathwork. Coaching supports the mind by clarifying intentions, values, and realistic next steps. Movement and breath support the body and spirit, helping you reconnect with your emotions, energy, and inner rhythm. Bringing a sense of lightness and enjoyment back into your day.

Because no two people are the same, every session or program is tailored to you. I meet you exactly where you are and guide you toward where you want to be, with presence, care, and respect for your own pace and process.
